Hawk began his brief show campaign at the age of 7. He placed in the Sporting Group 79% - 1 BISS, 7 BIS, 40 Group 1's, 33 Group 2's, 15 Group 3's and 8 Group 4's. He was indeed a dog with "extraordinary accomplishments in the breed ring. These accomplishments were indicative of how sound a dog he was, with a wonderful temperament to match. He was of moderate size, excellent coat, lovely top line with a slightly light eye. He was a wonderful companion that was willing to do whatever I asked of him or wanted to do.
